The Indonesian government is disappointed with Manors decision to drop Rio Haryanto?after 12 races of the 2016 season.On Wednesday Manor confirmed it was dropping Haryanto, who was unable to provide funding for the rest of the campaign, and replacing him with Esteban Ocon.
