SCHENECTADY, N.Y. -- Three teens have been arrested on arson and burglary charges for an upstate New York high school field house fire that destroyed $70,000 worth of athletic equipment.The field house at Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons High School in Schenectady was destroyed in the early morning blaze on Oct. 21.Three teens, ages 17, 18 and 19, were to be arraigned in city court Friday.
