EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Theres BIG plays in football -- and there are big plays.The New York Giants made the most of their big plays on both sides of the ball in a 28-23 win over slumping Philadelphia on Sunday.The Eagles simply didnt in losing for the fourth times in five games.This NFC East contest was a game of huge plays.Rookie quarterback Carson Wentz and the Eagles had seven plays from scrimmage that gained at least 20 yards, including four greater than 30 yards, and a 66-yard punt return by Darren Sproles. The result was 23 points.Two interceptions, including one late that gave the Eagles a first down at the Giants 34 with 1:48 to play, and the punt return yielded not a single point. Philadelphia also failed to convert a fourth-and-12 and a fourth-and-1 from the Giants 23 and 6, respectively, in the second quarter. And a last-gasp fourth-and-10 pass from the Giants 17 in the closing minute was incomplete.The Giants (5-3) were just the opposite. I was getting ready to go in my buddys truck and clean gutters and work, and turn around and it was rolling. I got in front of it trying to stop it and it kept rolling and momentum went off the driveway into the woods and T-boned into a tree. It was a devastating moment. I only had it like a month and I didnt have a car prior to that. So I was without a car for another year. I ended up not having insurance on it, so thats why it was in the shop for so long. ' ' '
